Why we started BCI Health
In 2023, Richard Randazzo and Vanessa Gonzalez had seen enough. After years working in the insurance industry, they kept running into the same problem: agencies that cut corners, prioritized their own commissions, and never had the right systems in place to truly serve their clients. So they decided to do something about it.
They opened BCI Health with one non-negotiable: do things the right way, no matter what. The right way means what's best for the customer — not what's best for us. From day one, that philosophy shaped every decision, every hire, and every client interaction.
They recruited some of the best agents they knew — Ann, Amanda, and Tesha — people who share those same core values. Together, they built an agency that takes genuine pride in its work. That philosophy is what has made BCI Health successful, and it's what will continue to drive everything we do.

Richard Randazzo
Richard brings 16 years of experience as a licensed health insurance agent and leads BCI Health's team of specialists. He personally coaches every agent on the team, ensuring the client-first philosophy is lived out in every conversation. Richard handles both ACA and Medicare plans and is the driving force behind BCI Health's reputation for honest, personalized guidance.
